What is Physie?
Physical Culture, commonly known as Physie, is a uniquely Australian blend of dance, movement, posture, strength, and performance. It combines elements of ballet, yoga, jazz, and contemporary dance to promote flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

Physie classes are taught in a warm, encouraging environment. Each routine is tailored to be age-appropriate, safe, and achievable, making it a wonderful entry point into dance and movement.
